Data we collect - We only collect data from you if you submit a form to us. The data we keep may include the following
Disclosure - We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass your details to other websites. We would only pass your data on to a third party if required to do so for legal reasons.
Retention. If we are making payments to your organisation we are required to retain your data for accounting purposes for 7 years following the final payment to you, after this time all information is securely destroyed. If you are involved with our mentoring project we will hold your data for 12 months following the final consultation and then destroy any data we hold. Financial information submitted for the mentor will be destroyed as soon as consultations are completed. We do not retain any data unless you are successful in obtaining a grant or mentoring
Location - We store your data within the UK
Consent: We only hold data that you have provided to us and given consent for us to hold.
Updating and Maintaining data - If you wish to update your data please do so by contacting us by email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to 18 Elm Road, Hereford, HR1 2TH.
Your rights – You can find out what information we hold about you and ask us not to use any of the information we collect.
